INCOLOY 20 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with the addition of copper and molybdenum, developed to provide excellent resistance to sulfuric acid and a wide range of aggressive corrosive environments. The alloy is specifically designed to minimize intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, ensuring reliable performance in demanding chemical processing conditions.
INCOLOY 20 alloy plate offers a good balance of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and fabrication capability. It can be readily formed, machined, and welded using standard industrial practices, making it suitable for complex equipment and structural components exposed to corrosive media.
